returns

I do accept returns within 7 days after the receipt.

If you wish to return one or more pieces, please get in contact with me directly via mail: giuliavalentinoceramics@gmail.com

Please always specify your order number and the items you wish to return in your message.

You will have to cover the shipping costs for your return and keep the shipping receipt until I personally confirm the parcel has arrived.

Ceramic is very delicate and takes a lot of care and work to make, so I kindly ask you to pack the product exactly as it came to you. Otherwise I may not assure a full refund.

Once the parcel makes it back to my studio I will check the pot’s integrity and issue a full refund, that you will get in about 10 days time.

If the piece shows any damage no refund will be issued.
* please, note that most shipping companies to not apply insurance on fragile items, so understand that breakage during transit will be still your responsibility.

 

broken products & refunds

In case any of your purchases arrives broken, contact me within 48 h from the delivery, writing a message to: giuliavalentinoceramics@gmail.com

Please always specify your order number and the items that suffered breakage.

I will not assure replacement or refund after 2 days from the delivery notification.

* I will eventually need material to warn my carrier - Shipping companies require that you keep all the packing material exactly as it came to you. Take pictures and share them with me, before you decide to recycle the box or any packing material.

I will process your refund within 2 working days, using the same method you choose for payment.
