bucchero etrusco _ bottle

Each bucchero piece is obtained through an ancient Etruscan firing technique , where the clay turns black through a process of reduction in a smoke-filled kiln we built by hand.
No glaze, no pigments - just terracotta, fire and plenty of time. What remains is a matte, tactile black that feels so noble.
Slight stains or textures may appear on the surface, due to contact with organic materials during the firing process.
